Chris Oyakhilome Background

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome was born on the 7 7 of December 1973 to Mr. and Mrs. Tim Oyakhilome, as the first son of the family. Chris Oyakhilome Biography After his primary and second education, he enrolled in Ambrose Alli University in Ekpoma (Edo State), Nigeria, where the university awarded him an BSc. in Architecture.

AAU also awarded him an honorary Doctor of Science award. He also has an honorary Doctor of Science from Benson Idahosa University. The Reverend Chris was once married to Anita Obhodaghe, and they are blessed with two children.

Chris Oyakhilome Ministry

While still studying at AAU Pastor Chris Oyakhilome got involved in the ministry. At the time the Believers’ LoveWorld Fellowship, which is now Believers LoveWorld Incorporated was known as Youths For Christ (YFC).

YFC was growing, and eventually became the largest campus organization. In 1989, Pastor Chris established Believers LoveWorld Incorporated (BLW), alongside Christ Embassy. Lagos is the location of the church. Believer’s LoveWorld is a worldwide ministry that has millions and associates across the world.

In 2002, during the atmosphere for miracles, BLW rose to prominence as a Christian ministry on TV in Africa. The broadcast stopped in May of 2004, following the former president of Nigeria- President Olusegun Obasanjo declared that miracles must be stopped by churches.

The InnerCity Mission is a faith-based non-governmental Organisation (NGO). The NGO was birthed in 2005, to reach the poor, needy children who are orphaned, vulnerable and who are destitute in the world.

The foundation aids these children and communities through sustainable and inclusive interventions, which include child development programmes as well as childcare programs Family strengthening programmes, InnerCity Mission for Children School and more.

Trauma Care International Foundation

The Trauma Care International Foundation was founded to improve the health and life expectancy of communities and countries through the promotion of better emergency response in the event of accidents and other emergencies.
